Keratoconus

Keratoconus is that eye disease which affect or spoils the structure of cornea. When the shape of cornea slowly changes from normal round structure to cone shape, then this condition is terms as Keratoconus. Under this condition, eyes tend to bulge out and this indeed causes vision difficulty. 

Symptoms-

•subtle blur- vision

•eye glare, eye halos or other night- vision difficulties

•nearsighted history

Treatments-

Use of contact lenses is considered as main treatment of Keratoconus. Besides this, some eye specialist also use certain surgical treatments like corneal transplantation.
